Lot #1:
Intimidator x Banker/Steam Roller
Ear Notch:  11-4
Date Born:  August 12, 2009
Breed:  Dark Cross
Description:

Power is the word to best describe this white nosed gilt.  Coming and going this gal will not be out massed in terms of skeletal width or natural muscle shape.  11-4 moves very correctly and has tremendous eye appeal.   The mothers of the 11 and 13 litter gilts were purchased as bred gilts from Earl Cain and with offspring like this, they will be staying in our herd for a very long time.

Lot #2:
Intimidator x Big N' Rich/Bulldozer
Ear Notch:  13-2
Date Born:  August 14, 2009
Breed:  Dark Cross
Description:

Take your pick on these 13 litter Intimidator gilts.  These three are all upheaded, sound moving hogs that should feed and have the look of a champion.  This chromed up gilt is possibly the best balanced of the trio with an extra deep rib and dead level hip.   Whether for the show ring or as breeding stock these gilts will be worth your investment.

Lot #3:
Intimidator x Big N' Rich/Bulldozer
Ear Notch:  13-4
Date Born:  August 14, 2009
Breed:  Dark Cross
Description:

Take your pick on these 13 litter Intimidator gilts.  These three are all upheaded, sound moving hogs that should feed and have the look of a champion.  13-4 is probably the biggest chested and most muscular of the group and may be the cockiest as well.

Lot #4:
Intimidator x Big N' Rich/Bulldozer
Ear Notch:  13-6
Date Born:  August 14, 2009
Breed:  Dark Cross
Description:

Take your pick on these 13 litter Intimidator gilts.  These three are all upheaded, sound moving hogs that should feed and have the look of a champion.  13-6 is just a tick smaller than her sisters but this may be to someone’s benefit for a later show.  This girl is super complete and should fit any program.

HPSS122.jpg
Lot #5:
Power Wheels x Injector/Stretch
Ear Notch:  16-4
Date Born:  August 16, 2009
Breed:  Pedigreed Duroc
Description:

We bought the mother of the 16 litter Durocs from Chuck Olsen in the summer of 2008 and in her first litter she farrowed the Johnson Family’s barrow which every one raved about.  In this litter she sired the champion Duroc gilt and the third overall Duroc barrow at the Major League Pig Sale in Sweetwater.  16-4 is still a little greener than her sister, but she is a very correct gilt, that is well designed and is just starting to make a move.

Lot #6:
Power Wheels x Injector/Stretch
Ear Notch:  16-5
Date Born:  August 16, 2009
Breed:  Pedigreed Duroc
Description:

We bought the mother of the 16 litter Durocs from Chuck Olsen in the summer of 2008 and in her first litter she farrowed the Johnson Family’s barrow which every judge raved about.  In this litter she sired the champion Duroc gilt and the third overall Duroc barrow at the Major League Pig Sale in Sweetwater.  16-5’s picture will speak for itself.  This gilt is powerful both genetically and visually, and we feel her potential is unlimited.

HPSS159.jpg
Lot #7:
Red Bull x Pi R Squared
Ear Notch:  17-8
Date Born:  August 17, 2009
Breed:  Pedigreed Duroc
Description:

This girl is one of the few gilts in a powerful litter of barrows.  Her brother was one of our most popular barrows at the Better Than Luck Sale in Claude.  Her dam was purchased from Howard Parish and her first litter has impressed everyone that has seen them.  All the 17 litters are stout skulled, big ribbed, and are some of the heaviest boned red hogs we have produced.   This girl is flat good and could do damage in the Duroc breed.

HPSS119.jpg

Lot #8:
Redman x Complete/Pi R Squared
Ear Notch:  14-5
Date Born:  August 14, 2009
Breed:  Pedigreed Duroc
Description:

Genetically this gal goes back to the Stein and Stewart herd which produced Pi R Squared himself.  Complete is the easiest way to describe  14-5.  She is sound, well balanced and yet has more than enough width and muscle to compete in today’s show ring.

York264b.jpg
Lot #9:
Perfect Fit x Monster Mash/Steam Roller
Ear Notch:  19-3
Date Born:  August 18, 2009
Breed:  Cross
Description:

The mother of the 19’s is probably the best looking sow on our farm and bred to Perfect Fit this pair of gilts will not disappoint.  These two are both super sound with a cool look and have the extra wide skull and the huge bone that Perfect Fit is stamping into all of his offspring.  The snow white gilt is probably a tick bloomier at this time, but through their skeleton there is little difference in the pair.
